We offer the following options to our Charter Guests:
Option 1) We can take care of your provisions so that everything is on-board prior to you and your guests’ arrival. If you would like this option, please let us know and we'll send you our Check-List Provision's sheet for you to fill out.
Option 2) If you want to have the food catered, we have several catering companies that we work together. Once you place the other with them, we get in contact with them to arrange the delivery location and time so that everything is on board prior to your arrival. *Please note that because of the high season, most of the catering companies are already booked solid and might not be able to supply for your Food & Beverage.
Option 3) And another option is that you and your guests can bring your own Food & Beverage (no glass if possible, e.i.), if bringing beer, please bring cans). We always have waters, ice and coolers on board all of our boats.
Option 4) If you are on the 68’ Prestige or the 73’ Sunseeker, we offer to have a Chef on-board (extra cost), and we connect you with them once you decide this options. We can also have them prepare the food and deliver to the boat and the Stews can take care of the plating, etc.
Given the last minute reservation, we really recommend Option 1 or Option 3. If option 1, please send us the information as soon as possible. Once you book with us, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.
