Charter Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry through our website, telephone system, email, or other communication method does not by itself constitute a confirmed yacht reservation. Charter availability, pricing, terms, payment requirements, and other reservation details are subject to confirmation by NNYMG.
Telephone Communications
When contacting NNYMG by telephone, callers may interact with an automated or AI-assisted telephone system. Information voluntarily provided during the call may be collected and transmitted to authorized NNYMG representatives for the purpose of responding to the inquiry and providing requested charter information or services.
SMS Communications
NNYMG uses SMS messaging for certain business and operational communications. Internal SMS notifications may be sent to authorized NNYMG representatives who have expressly agreed to receive these notifications.
These operational notifications may include information relating to prospective customer inquiries, reservations, scheduling, or other legitimate NNYMG business activities.
NNYMG does not use this internal notification program to send promotional or marketing messages to prospective charter customers.
Authorized recipients may request that internal SMS notifications be discontinued by contacting NNYMG.
